These terms are the agreement between you and Uhmegel when you use uhmegel.live. We kept them plain on purpose: a few minutes here tells you exactly what the service is, what it costs, and what behavior ends a visit early.

Uhmegel is an adults-only service. By tapping start you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country if that is higher. If you are not, close this page — there are no exceptions, and any account we trace back to a minor is deleted immediately.
Uhmegel pairs you with another person for a live one-on-one video chat. Matches are random, either side can skip to the next person at any moment, and there is no obligation to stay in any conversation. We provide the matching and the connection; the conversation itself belongs to the two people in it.
Anyone can open Uhmegel and start matching for free. Some longer sessions and extra features run on coins. Coins are sold as one-time purchases in fixed bundles — Uhmegel has no subscription, no recurring billing, and nothing renews silently in the background. When your coins run out, spending simply stops until you choose to buy more. Because coins are consumed by live services delivered immediately, completed purchases are generally final; if something went wrong with a payment, contact [email protected] and we will look at it case by case.

Every chat carries a report button. Reports go to human moderators, and confirmed violations lead to warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans depending on severity. Serious cases — anything involving minors, threats, or illegal content — skip the warning ladder entirely. If you believe a moderation decision against you was a mistake, email [email protected] with the details and we will review it.
You are talking to a stranger, so use ordinary judgment: do not share your home address, financial details, passwords, or anything you would regret seeing elsewhere. What another user says or does is their responsibility, not ours — but reporting them makes the next person's match better.
Uhmegel is provided as is. We put real engineering into fast matching and uptime, but we cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every match will be a pleasant one. To the extent the law allows, Uhmegel is not liable for the conduct of users or for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the current version always lives on this page with its date above. Continuing to use Uhmegel after a change means you accept the new terms. Anything unclear — write to [email protected].
